It's my pleasure today to be sharing the screen with the executive team from Ulta Beauty. You'll see Scott Settersten, company's CFO; Kecia Steelman, the company's COO; and Shelley Haus, excuse me, Haus, the company's CMO. And Kecia and Shelley both have new positions. So I'm excited to hear a little bit about their vantage point as we talk a little bit about Ulta Beauty's trends.
