Before we begin the business of today's meeting, as you may know, this is the first time in our history that we're holding our annual meeting in a virtual meeting form. Our Board decided to hold the annual meeting virtually this -- for this year only in light of public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. As we navigate through this unprecedented time in our history, our commitment to our employees, customers and communities is unwavering. We remain focused on ensuring the safety of our employees as well as delivering the critical goods and services when consumers across the world need to stay home and stay safe. While we have made adjustments in areas like this annual meeting, we will continue to deliver on our commitments to our stakeholders.
