Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us today. My name is Chen Schor, and I'm President and CEO of resTORbio. And I'm very glad to welcome you to our KOL event today. Our mission at resTORbio is pretty ambitious. We're targeting the biology of aging to prevent or treat age-related diseases, that's a pretty ambitious vision. Our lead indication is to improve the function of the aging immune system and as the readout of improving the function of the aging immune system, we look to reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection.

Today, we're going to focus on our second indication, which is improving the function of the neurologic system and our focus will be on Parkinson's disease. I'm going to hand it off to 2 leaders in their respective fields: TORC1 and aging, Dr. Matt Kaeberlein; and neurology, Dr. Roy Alcalay.
