Unidentified Analyst -Gary, just as we start, can you just talk about what you see as the key factors that you think differentiate AGNC from the other mortgage REITs?

Sure. I mean, first off, this is an interesting environment to -- as people have probably seen a number of mortgage REITs have been able to access capital markets that really weren't able to for 5-plus years. That hasn't been the case for AGNC. We've had access to the capital market, been able to raise capital over the past -- fair amount over the past couple years and raised over $2 billion last year.
