Warren's Son Howard Discusses His Future Job as Chairman of Berkshire

Howard Buffett talks about eventually succeeding his father, Warren, as non-executive chairman of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRK.A, Financial)(BRK.B, Financial)

Howard, who is a Berkshire director, farmer and philanthropist, also discusses compensation for the next Berkshire CEO and his new book, "40 Chances: Finding Hope in a Hungry World."

According to Howard (and Warren) the successor CEO is going to have a performance-based compensation scheme which could result in some very large paychecks.
