It's important that I provide some context before I go into the objectives for today and the results because the broader context of the trial actually drive some of our objectives. And as we publish this trial, you'll likely be aware that this trial included participants with advanced ALS, resulting in participants hitting a floor effect on the ALSFRS-R.
