Thank you. Thank you. For those that are not familiar with the company at all, we'll give you some background about what we do and what the company is about. For those of you that own shares, we'll give you an update on execution and on performance of the company.
A little bit about 2021 for a moment. This year -- last year was pretty monumental for us. We uplisted to NASDAQ in May. We did an acquisition in June. We hired a CFO along with that uplisting. We opened up Canada with two data centers. So as you know, we have six centers with equipment to compete in niche market, which is the IBM Power market. And we continue to grow that. We have also a data center in Miami with the acquisition of Flagship that we completed in June.
