Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Nortech System's Inc. Annual Shareholders meeting. I am Mark Hooley, the company's legal counsel. We're scheduled to begin at 3:00. So on behalf of the Chairman, I will now call this meeting to order. Once again, we're pleased to host this annual meeting at our corporate facility, and this year we're also hosting the meeting virtually via Lumi, an online shareholder meeting tool. Following my introductions, I will oversee the official business portion of the meeting at the request of the Chairman. I'll then turn it over to the Chairman, David Kunin.
