Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Nortech Systems Annual Shareholder Meeting. We're scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m., so I will now call this meeting to order. We're pleased to host the annual meeting virtually via Lumi. Following my introduction, I will oversee the official business portion of the meeting.
