Welcome to the reconvened 2020 special meeting of Stockholders of Organovo Holdings, Inc., which we refer to as the company. We convened the special meeting on March 26, 2020, and subsequently adjourned the meeting until today to solicit additional votes for Organovo proposals #1 and 4. Organovo proposals #2, 3 and 5 were previously approved on March 26, 2020, and the polls were closed for such proposals. We are holding this meeting virtually due to the concerns regarding COVID-19. It is now 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and the meeting will please come to order. My name is Taylor Crouch. And as Chief Executive Officer, I will be the chairperson over this meeting.
Also in attendance is each member of our Board of Directors: Craig Kussman, our Chief Financial Officer; Jennifer Bush, our General Counsel; attorneys from Gunderson Dettmer LLP, our Corporate Counsel; and Jim Alden from Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. who is serving as the inspector of elections.
