Thank you, Kieran. Good morning, everybody. Two press releases from Premier this morning: the first was a trading update; and the second, a separate press release in respect of announced acquisitions, the funding for those acquisitions and related extension of our debt facilities.
Just before we get into the detail of those releases, let me just set a bit of context.
