I'm a member of the health care services team here at Jefferies, and welcome to the 2023 Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference. Today, we have representatives from Chemed Corporation; David Williams, Chief Financial Officer; and Mike Witzeman, Chief Accounting Officer. Chemed owns 2 distinct business segments: VITAS Healthcare, one of the nation's largest provider of end-of-life hospice care and Roto-Rooter, the leading provider of plumbing, drain cleaning and water cleanup services.
