Good morning, and welcome to the Chimera Investment Corporation 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Matt Lambiase, Chief Executive Officer and President of Chimera Investment Corporation.

As in prior years, we're hosting our annual meeting as a virtual meeting with our stockholders participating exclusively through the Internet and by telephone. This virtual meeting is being recorded and will be made available on our corporate website by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time tomorrow, May 31, and will remain available until July 30, 2019.
