Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual and Special Meeting of Crescent Point Energy Corp. The Board and management thank you for your interest and attendance today. And in spite of the celebrations that went on across the country last night, I'm happy to see this many people actually still aren't in bed. So thank you for coming.
My name is Barbara Munroe. Regrettably, Bob Heinemann, Chair of the Board of Crescent Point is unable to attend the meeting this morning and act as Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of Crescent Point, and unless there are any objections, I will act as Chair of the meeting this morning.
Before we proceed, I would like to acknowledge Peter Bannister, Gerry Romanzin, and Rene Amirault who are all attending the meeting this morning. Both Peter and Gerry are retiring at the meeting after being on the Board of Crescent Point since the early days of the company. At that time, Crescent Point was producing 7,000
