Good afternoon. I am Marcus Lemonis, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camping World, and the Chairman of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the other officers of the company on the annual webcast today.
