Unidentified Analyst -So I guess I'm going to throw curveball at you and start off with a question you have heard all week, which is labor cost. So can you talk a little bit about what you're seeing in the market right now and how you're thinking labor costs might progress through the year?

So as we came out of the first quarter coming into April, we did see -- or starting to see a decline both in the utilization of contract labor as well as the rate that we're paying, albeit slower than we had previously experienced with other surges of COVID, where the contract labor moved out of the system quite
