Third, DHI Group is at a turning point.
I was brought on board as the CEO of the company 3 years ago with a singular mission to bring the company back to revenue growth. We've made a lot of significant structural changes to the company to put it on a different trajectory. A month ago, we reported a year-over-year revenue increase of 4% and stated publicly that we anticipate accelerating growth throughout the remainder of the year.
Kevin will be providing more specific guidance on our revenue growth for the third and fourth quarters in his presentation today. We believe we can achieve sustainable double-digit revenue growth while maintaining a minimum of a 20% EBITDA margin. In our opinion, our current valuation doesn't reflect this growth rate.
