Thank you, Sharon, and hi, everyone. This is Carlo. I'm joined today by Richard O'Connor, our Head of Investor Relations; and Greg Case, Head of Debt Investor Relations; together with Richard Boyns, Head of Capital.
I joined HSBC in March after about 9 years at UBS. I know a few of you, but looking forward to meeting the rest of you hopefully in person soon in the future. On my first few months at HSBC, I have found the organization to be full of opportunities. We have a tremendous franchise, and that is also true in the financial resources space, which is kind of the bread and butter of what we do in treasury.
