All right, guys, we're going to start the next panel here in just a couple of minutes. So please take your seats. Well, look, I have told a lot of people throughout various different panels that this is a diverse perspective, I can promise you this is probably the most diverse panel that we're going to host today. When I was thinking about this conference, one of the things that really resonated internally, Maureen, don't get mad at me when I say this, but was a disruption panel. And as I started planning this and speaking to people that are pretty smart, I actually recognized that it might not really be about disruption, and it might be about partnership.
So what I want to do is spend the next 30 minutes or so talking about the future of real estate, both commercial and residential, and how maybe PropTech in different ways of thinking about commercial real estate is leading to a pretty significant evolution. So let me stop there and maybe we can just go down the line and introduce who you are and what you do. Because it's a pretty cool panel.
