Good morning. I'm Anthony Pettinari. I cover the timber REITs at Citi, and we're very pleased to welcome Mark McHugh, CFO of Rayonier. And he's joined by Collin Mings, VP of Capital Markets and Strategy. I think Mark is going to give an introduction to the company, and then we'll move right into Q&A.
