Okay. My name is Ted Jastrzebski. I'm the Chief Financial Officer at UGI Corp. Thank you for coming. We appreciate your time. I know everyone's going through a pretty busy schedule. So we appreciate the fact that you're taking some time to learn a little bit more about UGI.
I'll be joined in this presentation by Bob Beard, who is the Executive Vice President of our Natural Gas businesses; and John Walsh, the CEO for UGI Corp. I'm going click quickly through the legal disclaimer slide. I'm assuming you're all fairly familiar with these and recognize the points that are being made.
And we'll get right to the corporate overview. UGI is a almost 140-year-old company that distributes and markets energy products and services, including natural gas, propane, butane and electricity. We go to market with 4 different business units. A utility company that serves natural gas and electricity to over 700,000 customers. A Midstream & Marketing business that markets energy across the eastern seaboard of the U.S. and is doing midstream business right
