Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Vishay Intertechnology. We are pleased to have you in attendance and to have this opportunity to update you on the company's operations. At this time, in accordance with our notice of the meeting, the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will please come to order.
I am Marc Zandman, Executive Chair of the Board -- Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Business Development Officer and President Vishay Israel, and I will act as the Chair of this meeting. I would like to introduce the directors of the company who are in attendance today: Dr. Gerald Paul; Mrs. Ruta Zandman, Mr. Michael Cody, Dr. Abraham Ludomirski, Mr. Frank Maier, Mr. Ron Ruzic, Mr. Ziv Shoshani, Mr. Tim Talbert, Mr. Tom Wertheimer, and Mr. Raanan Zilberman.
