Good morning, everyone. My name is Dave Manthey. I'm the senior industrial distribution analyst with Baird. We're very pleased to welcome you to the Baird Industrial Conference and to welcome WESCO International. WESCO is a leading distributor of electrical and datacom products, primarily with trailing 12-month sales of more than $17 billion.
To tell us about the Company, today, we have John Engel, who is the Chairman, President and CEO; also Dave Schulz, Executive Vice President and CFO. By way of background, John has been with the Company since 2004, was previously COO and Senior Vice President from 2004 to 2009. He's been President and Chief Executive Officer since 2009.
Dave's been with WESCO as CFO for about five years. He was previously with Armstrong Flooring, also had leadership roles prior to that with J.M. Smucker and Procter & Gamble.
