[Interpreted] Ladies and gentlemen, it's great to see you again here today. Looking back on 2018, we can draw the conclusion that the integration between Ahold and Delhaize has been practically finalized. We have delivered on the promised cost cuts. And maybe even more important, we were very successful in setting up a solid company that is ready to grow and that is, indeed, able to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world in retail.
2018 meant that we adapted our strategy as well, launching a new one under the motto, Leading Together. Last year, we also saw a couple of personnel changes. Frans Muller took over the leadership from Dick Boer and Wouter Kolk has been admitted to the Management Board.
Today, we'll discuss the appointments of 2 members of -- new members of the Supervisory Board: Katie Doyle and Peter Agnefjäll. They are going to give us new impulses in a world in which we really need diversity and new skill sets to support Ahold Delhaize in the future. Today, our CEO, Frans Muller; and
