Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us on this call on relatively short notice to discuss Altus' leadership position plans as discussed in the press release that was issued about half an hour ago. I'm joined today by the Chair of Altus' Board, Ray Mikulich; as well as CEO, Mike Gordon; CFO, Angelo Bartolini; and our newly appointed CEO, Jim Hannon.

We'll make a statement to bring more context to today's announcement, and then we'll have some time to take questions at the end.
