Good morning, everyone. I'm Ray Mikulich, the Chairman of the Board of the Altus Group. It's my honor to, once again, welcome you to the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the Altus Group, and doing that on behalf of the Board of Directors, management and our team of 2,600 people throughout the world.
