Good morning, everyone. I am Damian Roche, Chair of ASX. I welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of ASX Limited.
I begin by acknowledging the traditional owners on the land which this AGM is being held, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. And I pay my respects to their elders past and present. I extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people here today.

The AGM is an opportunity for shareholders to hear from and put questions to the Board, the Managing Director and the CEO and the external auditor.
