Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm pleased to present you bpost Group's third quarter 2020 results. First of all, welcome to all of you, and thank you for joining us. With me, I have Leen Geirnaerdt, our CFO as well as Saskia Dheedene from our Investor Relations.
