Well, good afternoon. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Rob Millner, and I'm Chairman of Brickworks Limited. I would like to welcome all shareholders and visitors to the 85th Annual General Meeting of Brickworks.
If you have not yet been issued with a voting, nonvoting or visitor's registration card, could you please see a representative of Computershare at the registration desk? Today's meeting is convened in accordance with both the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules. The company secretary has advised that there is a quorum, so I declare the meeting open.
There's a few standing orders I'll just run through before we get going. Questions will only be taken from shareholders and proxies or attorneys of shareholders. Only those who are registered with an electronic handheld device or those holding an orange card will be entitled to ask questions at today's meeting.
