Welcome, everyone. I'm Robert Johanson. I'm the Chairman of the bank. And I'm delighted to welcome you all here today to this, the Annual General Meeting.
We have a quorum. This is the 154th Annual General Meeting of the company now known as Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. It's about 161 years since the founding -- since the meeting which was held to establish the first Bendigo building society, just down in [Pell Mell] was that meeting held in Bendigo. And of course, it's -- it was in the space where for 50,000 years, the Dja Dja Wurrung people lived in this valley.
So I'd like to welcome you all, our shareholders, our visitors into this -- the midst of the office in Bendigo, in this lovely building, and welcome to all the staff who are here today, most of whom of course are also shareholders.
So today's agenda is as follows: I'll give you an address, then the Managing Director will speak, and then we will take questions from shareholders. It's an opportunity for you to ask us about anything, but if you've got a question about some specific item
