I'd like to officially call the meeting to order and welcome all of you to our Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was adjourned on June 2 to give shareholders more time to cast their votes. I am Gerri Henwood, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be presiding at this meeting. We are holding our annual meeting in an all-virtual format again this year.
