Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon and welcome to our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Alain Lemaire. I'm the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cascades.
For the second time in our history, we are holding our AGM virtually this year because of, of course, the COVID-19 pandemic and its unprecedented impacts. We know that it is important to meet our shareholders in person, but the decision to go virtual again this year was necessary. Your health as well as that of our employees, customers and all of our partners must come first, and ours too, of course.
Although we can't meet in person, our goal today is to ensure that you can participate fully in our annual meeting. I invite you to ask questions and vote on each object as if you were participating in person. And thank you for joining us. This meeting will be held in French, but simultaneous translation into English is available as you have noticed when you logged on to the platform.
