I'm joined this morning by Carole Ferrand, our group CFO.
First, I would like to say a word about the start of the year and the COVID-19 situation. We have a strong start of the year. The world economies are recovering fast. And some countries are quickly getting back to normalcy, but as recent events remind us, notably in India and Brazil which are home to almost 50% of our team members, COVID-19 is still there and has dramatic impacts. Our priority is and will remain the health and safety of our colleagues and their families. We continue to operate at over 97% work from home in India and Brazil.
