Thanks, Jenny. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. We also have Scott Rook, our Chief Executive Officer, with us on the call this morning. Unlike the last few calls, each of us is in a different location.

The fourth quarter was eventful for Chemtrade. I will begin by mentioning a few large one-off events and then review the consolidated and segmented business results. This will help guide your understanding of some of the drivers for our performance in the quarter. Then Scott will follow with some remarks on the current state of our business and future growth. He will also provide additional insights into our 2022 full year earnings guidance and assumptions
