(foreign language) Good morning, everyone. On behalf of the Board and of all our people across New Zealand, I would like to welcome you to Contact's Annual Shareholder Meeting. My name is Rob McDonald, and I'm the Chair of the Contact Board. This year's meeting is a fully virtual meeting, a necessity given where we find ourselves in this COVID-19 world.
I'd like to start today by introducing my fellow directors. Attending the meeting today, we have Rukumoana Schaafhausen, Elena Trout, Victoria Crone, Sandra Dodds, David Smol and Jon Macdonald. We also have Contact's Chief Executive; Mike Fuge; Chief Financial Officer, Dorian Devers and the acting General Counsel and Company Secretary, Kirsten Clayton as well as representatives from our auditors, KPMG.
