Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by and welcome to the Crombie REIT Annual General Meeting of Unitholders. I will now hand today's call over to Chair, Michael Knowlton. Please go ahead.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Crombie REIT's 14th Annual Meeting of Unitholders. We have chosen to hold the meeting via live audio webcast rather than in person in order to protect all involved from COVID-19. My name is Michael Knowlton. I'm a unitholder, trustee and Chair of the Board of Crombie REIT and will chair today's meeting for the first time. It was a real honor and privilege to be asked to become the Chair of Crombie REIT after Frank Sobey decided to retire after last year's annual meeting. He left large shoes to fill, and I will do my best to make sure we carry on in the same tradition.
