Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Crombie REIT's 15th Annual Meeting of Unitholders. As a result of the continued COVID-19 pandemic, we have chosen to hold the meeting via a live audio webcast rather than in person out of concern for the health and well-being of all involved and the public health protocols that federal, provincial and local governments have imposed.
My name is Michael Knowlton, I am a unitholder, Trustee and Chair of the Board of Crombie REIT, and will Chair today's meeting. Also with me on the call are Donald Clow, President and Chief Executive Officer; Clinton Keay, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary; and Ruth Martin, Director of Investor Relations and Financial Analysis.
