Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Annual General Meeting of Crombie REIT. This morning's meeting is being broadcast via a live audio webcast. My name is Michael Knowlton. I'm a unitholder, trustee and Chair of the Board of Crombie REIT and will chair today's meeting.
I would like to acknowledge that we are gathering on Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq people. I acknowledge my personal responsibility to understand my role in reconciliation, commit myself to learning about indigenous culture and heritage, challenging my own bias and stand up when I see injustice. We are all Treaty people.
I am grateful that after 3 years apart, we're able to gather together in person for our Annual General Meeting and to see many familiar faces. Thank you for all making the effort to come and join us today.
