Thank you. Again, my name is Jeff Kendrick and I'm the CEO, and one of the founders of CEMATRIX Corporation. I'm a CA by trade. CEMATRIX has been a public company since 2006. We're traded on the TSX Venture, and the OTCB market in the US. We're really -- CEMATRIX is really a story of survival and endurance that is now poised for a significant post-COVID growth, hopefully the COVID situation end soon, and we can get all back to normal.
I'll just move down to, really, slides 3 and 4. Everybody knows about forward-looking information, so I won't focus on that.
