Okay. Good afternoon, everybody. I'm going to go ahead and call the meeting to order. So for those that are on the phone, sorry we started a couple of minutes late, we are just getting resituated.
Okay. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Currency Exchange International. I'm Randolph Pinna, the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Before proceeding with the business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce some of our directors. Chirag is back in the corner; Mark Mickleborough is back in the corner as well; James Sardo over here. Chitwant was here, but he just went to the washroom. And Johanne, do you, as well as some of our executives, Stephen Fitzpatrick, our CFO; Lindsay our Corporate Secretary; and Khatuna, our VP of HR; and our newest member, Dennis Winkel as well as Jennifer MacDougal, who's not new, she is our Chief Compliance Officer; and Dennis is our Chief Risk Officer.
