Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the De'Longhi Group Full Year 2022 Results Conference Call. Today, together with me are: Nicola Serafin, Group General Manager; Marco Cenci, Chief Strategy & Control Officer; Stefano Biella, CFO; Fabrizio Micheli, Director of M&A and IR; and Samuele Chiodetto, Investor Relations.
Let me start with a warm welcome to Nicola. Nicola, at the end of last year, was appointed by the Board of Directors as General Manager. Nicola and I will closely work in cooperation with the aim to pursue the long-term objectives of growth and profitability for the group.
