Wilbur Ross Calls Apple's Cash Balance Silly

Bill Miller recently called Apple a "no-brainer".

Wilbur Ross doesn't think that there are "no-brainers" because if something is cheap, it is usually cheap for a reason.

Ross does think that it is a little silly for Apple to be sitting on so much cash.
