Once again this year and to ensure the health and well-being of all participants, we're holding our annual meeting by way of live audio webcast. Procedures for voting and participating in the online Q&A session, reserved exclusively for shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders, will be explained by our Corporate Secretary in a few minutes.
