Good morning, everyone. My name is Ian Wilton and I am the Chair of your company. As it is now past 10 AM Adelaide time, I would like to welcome you to the Elders Limited 2023 Annual General Meeting.
I am advised by the company secretary that we have the required quorum for the meeting to proceed. I therefore declare the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited open. Welcome and thank you for attending.
We meet today in person and online. I would like to begin by acknowledging the Kaurna people, traditional custodians of the land on which we gather today, and pay my respects to their elders past and present. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today. In the spirit of reconciliation, Elders Limited acknowledges the traditional custodians of the country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
