Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for our full year results presentation. As you're aware, we're having to do things slightly differently this year.
I'm joined on the call by Ryan Mangold, our CFO, and we also have David Martin, our Chairman, on the line.
It's fair to say that we've got a lot to cover off today. We're likely to take about 50 minutes to run through the presentation today. I will start off giving a brief summary of the results as a whole. Ryan will take you through the full year numbers, and then I'll come back to talk more about each division, the year just gone, the impact of coronavirus on the business and the challenges and opportunities that we see for the future.
