Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our TFG 2022 year-end results presentation. In addition to Bongiwe and myself, we have a number of our senior leadership team members presenting with us this morning. We do this to add color and richer insights into the various parts of what is increasingly a large and diverse business, and also to give you some sense as to the depth of talent that we have running our various businesses.
As our business continues to grow and evolve, a key differentiator will be the extent to which we have the best teams and the best players. The results that we'll be sharing with you today are very much the result of a team effort.
