Hello, everyone. Today, Holcim announced excellent half year results.
In the first 6 months, we achieved net sales of CHF 13 billion, which is an organic sales growth of more than 7%, and an over-proportional EBIT of CHF 2 billion. We are reaching record profitability in Q2 with an EBIT margin above 21% driven by our leading range of sustainable building solutions from ECOPact to ECOPlanet and our strong geographic positions from the Americas to Europe.
Our fast-paced M&A execution continues, expanding Solutions & Products and strengthening our business segments of Ready-Mix Concrete and Aggregates. Accelerating climate action is the core of our strategy. We are ahead of target in reducing our CO2 per net sales while we advance our carbon capture utilization storage strategy. And we have now 5 projects supported by the EU Innovation Fund.
