Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us. As usual, I'm joined by our CFO, Gijsbert de Zoeten; and our Head of Investor Relations, Raghav Gupta. I'll begin by commenting on the group's performance and provide a brief run-through of the key highlights before handing over to Gijsbert, who will give more detail. We will then be happy to take your questions.
As mentioned in this morning's announcement, the Q1 results were ahead of our internal expectations, demonstrating the underlying resilience of the group. Revenue increased 2% on an organic basis compared to the first quarter of 2020, a pleasing performance and a testament to the efforts of everyone across the business.
