Good morning to you all, and thanks for attending our conference call today. Ross McCluskey, our CFO; and Denis Moreau, our VP of Investor Relations, are with me on the call.
This morning, we've announced a strong set of results for 2018, with revenue acceleration, good margin progression, robust EPS growth, strong cash generation and a return on invested capital above 20%.
We are extremely pleased with the consistent performance delivery of the group in 2018. And for the fourth consecutive year, we've delivered an EPS performance above external expectations, while revenue are in line.
Today, I will start with our performance highlights, then Ross will take you through the detailed financial results of the year. I will then provide you an update on strategy. And then finally, we'll discuss the outlook for 2019.
