Good day, and welcome to join our investor briefing. My name is Karoliina Partanen, and I'm running Kesko's Communications. As you can see in the headline, we have big news to tell today. Our CEO, Mikko Helander; and the President of our Building and Technical Trade and our Deputy CEO, Jorma Rauhala, are here today to give you some more details about the acquisition announced today.
